General Information

Each order is prepared and wrapped with care then dispatched as soon as possible within 1-3 working days (Monday - Friday)

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please ensure your address and full details are correct at checkout. Orders refused or deemed undeliverable may be subject to return fees set by the carrier and returned. If you still wish to receive the order, payment must be made for a new shipping label plus any return fees incurred. If a refund is requested this will be minus original postage costs and any fees.

Packaging

All orders are hand wrapped in a gifting sleeve as standard. Your jewellery will be sent in a gift box that has been carefully designed and each box is handmade in England by a small team of talented designers.

All orders are then placed in protected outer packaging for safe delivery.

Orders to Channel Islands can only be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

South Korea

Important: your 13 digit code Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) is required for the shipping of orders to South Korea - example: P123456789012. To provide this please checkout as normal and then reply to your order confirmation email providing your code. Korean privacy law prohibits the use of a Korean registration number (civil registration number)

Taiwan

Important: From 1st July 2022 All private Taiwan recipients of goods from abroad must download the EZWAY Customs application and go through a one-time registration with their mobile number to confirm the shipment. Without this step their items will be held at customs. Full Instructions can be found here

Qatar

Important: your Qatar ID or passport number is required for customs in Qatar. To provide this please checkout as normal and then reply to your order confirmation email providing your code.
